Through burglary, I posted my left underwear in Liz Garden: 08:37 Monday, November 062017, a thief ransacked a woman’s home, left her underwear in her property Park and was sentenced to 20 months in prison.
Liz’s criminal court heard that Gareth Hodgson had left his home after his departure in September 19th this year. Richard Walters said the women came back in the evening and found a door forced, property and clothes thrown onto the floor of a different room on the house.
Mr. Walters said two TV sets and jewels worth about 800 were stolen. Prosecutors say the victim’s suit underwear was also placed on a lamp in front of the house. Hodgson, 28, on Parke, Wood, crescent, Beeston, was caught and found blood in the refrigerator inside the house, causing him to be identified as a suspect.
Hodgson pleaded guilty to theft. He had a burglary, car theft, assault and disposal of stolen goods. Stephen Welford, lighten up, say what Hodgson did, I’m sorry, he’s already pleaded guilty in the early stages of crime. Mr. Welford said that Hodgson thought he went to prison and hoped to give some comfort to the victim, who would be detained.
The court heard that the victim was now unsafe in his home, lying in the house downstairs, afraid of being attacked again. Judge Christopher Batty told Hodgson: “not only her house was invaded, but her clothes, her personal property, and even her suit underwear.”
“I’m afraid it’s totally unacceptable.” She’s sleeping downstairs now, and the lights are on.
